USD+/USD price feed

USD+ pays its yield by minting new tokens into holders' balances, a daily rebase. The design means the balance is supposed to grow while the price is supposed to do nothing at all, which makes the level on this page a health gauge more than a quote, read from its home venues on Base.

The dollar whose job is standing still

Yield-bearing dollars come in two builds. Some let the token's price climb as earnings accrue; syrupUSDC in this catalog works that way. A rebase dollar does the opposite: earnings arrive as additional tokens, the price stays pinned near one, the growth lives in the count rather than the quote.

That flips what a price feed is for. On a rebase dollar the level is not where the yield shows up; it is the health gauge. Near par means the machinery is doing its job. A drift away from par is not income or loss on its own, it is information, the kind a holder wants early rather than rounded away.

So the number above earns its keep by being boring. The feed reads it from live pools at a stated block, publishes the decimals, keeps the record. When standing still is the whole job, someone should be checking the stillness.

A small book on its home chain

The book lives where the token lives, on Base. Its legs have mixed ether quotes with dollar-token quotes, which changes the arithmetic more than the answer: an ether leg resolves through ether's own dollar market, a stablecoin leg takes a shorter hop, either way the final number arrives in plain dollars with a block attached.

Identity, briefly: this page prices the Base-native USD+ issued by Overnight. The same protocol runs sister tokens on other chains, which public listings file as separate assets with prices of their own. The composition below belongs to that one alone.

A dollar built to stand still gets a ledger of exactly how still it stood.

Treasuries marking rebase inventory

When yield arrives as token count, the mark needs a clean price for the growing balance; this page supplies the price half of that arithmetic.

Base integrations listing USD+

A reference read from the token's own venues, unaffected by which chain's listing a data vendor happened to file.

Risk desks watching the gauge

On a rebase dollar the level is the health metric; block-pinned decimals make drift visible at its first cent.
