OETH/USD price feed
OETH is Origin Ether, one of the few staked ethers that rebases: rewards arrive as extra tokens in the wallet instead of accruing inside the price. Its ratio to ether is therefore built to hover near one, which changes what a reader should expect from this page.

Reading a rebasing token correctly
For an accruing token a rising ratio is the yield made visible. For a rebasing one the yield leaves through the balance instead, so the price staying put is the design working rather than the asset going nowhere.
The number to watch here is the distance from ether, not growth against it. Sustained distance is information about liquidity and confidence; the drift upward that accruing siblings show simply does not apply.
The ratio board marks the rebasing rows separately for exactly this reason.
Who runs on this rate
Accounting teams holding rebasing assets
Balances that grow need a price that does not double-count the same yield.
Desks comparing yield routes
Rebasing and accruing tokens answer the same question through different columns; both need their own reading.
